The Excision Ebox is a hassle-free way to store and dispense oil and metalworking fluids. Its square shape and built-in handle make it easy to store and carry, while its fully sealed interior maintains the oil is always protected from contaminants. Disposal is hassle-free with the cardboard box, making it easy to take apart and recycle, with the plastic reduction cutting landfill by up to 90%.*

XDP1000 is a high-performance cutting fluid that provides superior lubrication and cooling properties. Constructed from refined mineral oil and specialized additives, it is appropriate for machining various metals such as steel, copper, brass, and their alloys. With its high oil content, it maintains a smooth finish on parts and extends the life of tools. Additionally, it is compatible with a wide range of water hardness and free of chlorinated derivatives, boron, amines, nitrites, and sulphur compounds.

XDP1000 is a concentrate that must be diluted in water with hardness between 50 to 500 ppm of CaCO3. Concentrate has to be added to water and not vice versa. The application concentration could be between 5% to 6% for light-duty operations and between 8% to 10% for heavy-duty ones.

It's easy to get started with the Excision Ebox. The flap on the Excision Ebox can be cut open, and the circular plastic seal removed. Screw on the tap, and you're ready to go! Store it on the shelf and dispense the oil into a jug, or directly into your machine.
