Why isn’t freight calculated at checkout?
Every order is sourced individually, often from different suppliers, so we calculate the actual freight once we know where it’s coming from. We confirm it with you before shipping.
What if the product I ordered isn’t available?
We’ll recommend an equivalent that does the same job and check it with you first. We never substitute without your OK.
Can the price change after I order?
Supplier prices change often. If the price has moved, or an equivalent costs more or less, we’ll tell you the difference before we ship. Your order isn’t finalised until it’s dispatched.
How long will my order take?
Longer than an off-the-shelf store, because we source each order. We’ll give you an estimate when we confirm your order.
Can you find something that isn’t on the website?
Yes. We can source almost anything related to industrial equipment. Send us a photo, part number or description of the job.
I’m not sure I’ve picked the right part.
Ask us any time. Send your machine details or a photo and we’ll check. If we know a part is commonly mismatched, we’ll contact you anyway.
