Every order is sourced to suit you
Our catalogue covers welding, cutting, abrasives, fasteners, tools, PPE, lifting and spare parts from dozens of brands. We source each order individually, which means we can supply almost anything related to industrial equipment, even if it isn’t listed.
If a product is unavailable, we find an equivalent
Brands disappear, part numbers get superseded and stock runs out. When that happens, we don’t just cancel your order. We recommend a suitable equivalent that does the same job and check it with you before it ships.
Prices, freight and finalising your order
- Prices online are based on current supplier pricing and are indicative. Suppliers change prices without notice, so if a price has changed, or if an equivalent costs more or less, we’ll tell you the difference before we ship.
- Freight is calculated for your order after checkout, based on the actual items, weight and destination.
- Your order is only finalised when it ships. Nothing is sent until you’re happy with the product, price and freight.
Lead times
Because we source each order individually, lead times are usually longer than an off-the-shelf store. We’ll give you an estimate when we confirm your order.
