- Arrange freight and customs documentation (if applicable)
- Process your order and prepare shipping instructions
Delivery timelines provided by suppliers are estimates, not guarantees. Delays beyond our control (supplier delays, shipping delays, customs clearance) are not our responsibility, though we will keep you informed.
3. Refund & Return Policy: 72-Hour Change of Mind Window
Procure Industrial offers a 72-hour change-of-mind refund window. If you request a refund within 72 hours of approving your order, we will:
- Attempt to cancel your order with the supplier at no cost (if not yet despatched)
- If goods have already shipped, pursue a return with the supplier
- Apply any restocking fees set by the supplier (we will advise these)
- Arrange return freight (cost borne by you, unless the item is faulty or incorrect)
Items must be unused, unfitted, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
